Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out the terms for cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds of services provided by About International Education, through the website www.aboutinternationaleducation.eu.
1. Class Cancellation or Rescheduling
Classes (individual or group) can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
If the student does not attend the class without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded.
To cancel or reschedule, the User must do so through the booking system available on the platform or by sending an email to contact@aboutinternationaleducation.eu.
The cancellation or rescheduling will be considered effective only when the User receives a confirmation email from the Platform.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled by the User at any time via their account or by sending an email to contact@aboutinternationaleducation.eu.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, the cancellation must be submitted before the automatic renewal date, which falls on the same calendar day each month as the original subscription.
Once a new cycle has started, no refunds will be issued, although the User may continue using the service until the end of the current paid period.
3. Cancellation by About International Education
In the event of force majeure, teacher unavailability, or justified technical issues, About International Education reserves the right to cancel a class. In such cases, the User will be offered a rescheduling option at no additional cost or a refund where applicable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in case of serious violation of the Terms and Conditions, without the right to a refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the User, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of eligibility for the refund.
No refunds will be issued for services already used or for classes not canceled on time.
In exceptional cases duly justified (e.g., medical emergencies or demonstrable technical errors), About International Education may consider issuing a full or partial refund at the sole discretion of the management.
5. Bookings via Third-Party Platforms
If the service has been purchased through a third-party platform, the cancellation policies of that platform will also apply in addition to this one.
